Military Discount

The Ocean Road 10k extends its thanks to those serving our country. We invite active, reserve members and veterans of all military branches to email us to receive a discounted registration.

 

Entry fees include an official event shirt and finish line food and beverage. Although additional charitable fundraising is appreciated, no additional fundraising is required to participate in the run/walk.

2016 Athlete Shirt

T-shirt size is subject to availability. Participants that arrive to registration early have the best opportunity to secure the size they would like. Choosing a size on our on-line registration does not guarantee that your size will be available at packet pick up.

 

 

Bib Pick Up

Registered participants will receive a race bib and timing chip at registration which will be held October 1 and on race morning: Onsite registration will be available on Saturday at Denali and on race morning at the South Pavillion, Narragansett Town Beach.

September 30 - Denali, Wakefield, R.I. 1:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m

Race Day - South Pavillion, Narragansett Town Beach, R.I. 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. (before last shuttle)

Runners can pick up their bib and timing chip on race morning, however it is strongly recommended that all runners attend Saturday registration to alleviate race morning delays.

 

Refund Policy - 45 Days

Registered runners may request a full-refund of their paid fee up to 45 days prior to the event. No refunds will be granted in the final 45 days before the event. Please contact us about refunds at info@graymattermarketing.com.

Registration Transfers - One Week

A request must be sent no later than one week prior to the event by the runner who purchased the registration with the name, adress, email, gender and date of birth of the runner taking their place to info@graymattermarketing.com.

Deferrals - One Week

All race deferral requests must be made one week prior to the race. Deferral requests will be granted upon registration opening for that same race for the following year. When registration opens a coupon code will be issued charging a $15 deferral fee and runners are required to re-register on their own within a week of receiving the code. Contact us at info@graymattermarketing.com to request a deferral.
