Run the 13th Annual Ocean Road 10k presented by Newport Hospital in Narragansett on October 4, 2026! This 6.2-mile course starts at Pt. Judith Lighthouse, follows scenic Ocean Rd. along the coast, passes under the iconic Narragansett Towers, and finishes at the Town Beach.
